Einzelausstelllung des in Berlin lebenden u.s.amerikanischen
Künstlers Nicholas Kashian<br>
in unserer Galerie zeigen zu können.Der Schwerpunkt liegt bei
Kashian in der Malerei, aber in der Ausstellung <br>
„bitteschön, bitteschön“ zeigt er eine Konstellation von
Bildern, Collagen, Zeichnungen und Objekten.</font></font></p>
<font color="#000000"><font face="Arial, sans-serif">Kashian bedient
sich der Transparenz als Technik, die es ermöglicht die
Konstruktion, Dekonstruktion, <br>
das Ungemachte oder die Andersheit in den Objekten selbst zu
betrachten. <br>
Er verwendet unterschiedlichste Materialien und Bilder, um sich
so beim erschaffen von Identität beobachten zu lassen <br>
und ebenso bei ihrer Zerstörung, um den Moment der Verwandlung
des rohen Werkstoff in ein Kunstwerk <br>
als Transformation von Materie festzuhalten.</font></font><font
color="#b84747"><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font
color="#000000">Kashian kämpft so auf seinen Bildern visuell
um Individualismus, <br>
um erworbenes Wissen wieder abzulegen und mit jedem neuen Bild
ein Stück weiter zu gelangen in einer sich <br>
ständig erneuernden visuellen Wertigkeit, in der jedes
einzelne Werk ein Ganzes und gleichzeitig Teil des Ganzen ist.<br>

to present the first solo exhibition of the American artist
Nicholas Kashian in our gallery. <br>
Kashian is a natural-born painter, but this exhibition will
bring together a constellation of paintings, drawings,
collages and objects.</font></font></p>

sans-serif"><font size="3">elevates a transparent method
allowing a view into how each object is constructed, and the
possibility <br>
for that object to be de-constructed, un-made or to be

face="Arial, sans-serif"><font size="3">Kashian's technique of
combining disparate materials <br>
and images attempts to show how to compose identity, and how
to destroy identity, to suggest a sense of freedom. <br>
He is always searching for that ever elusive moment of
epiphany when raw material becomes art: the transformation of

This show is presenting an artist searching for a visual
individualism: to discard all acquired knowledge to arrive <br>
where he must arrive with each individual new image- at a
constantly new visual account of his own self, <br>
therefore, to see every individual work as a whole <i>and</i>
