[ldapvi] GNUmakefile.in ignores make DESTDIR="" install

Dear all,

I'm just about done packaging ldapvi for Fedora FC6 and 7, but your
makefile doesn't honour DESTDIR.

I've attached a patch if you consider the change acceptable. We'll be
using this patch with version 1.7 for the RPM that goes into the Fedora
Package Collection.
