[ldapvi] GNUmakefile.in ignores make DESTDIR="" install

It will be in the Fedora Package Collection inside the SRPM soon, so help
your self ;-)

I've patch the make file again, as I'm building the manual.html to go into
the doc dir (/usr/share/doc/ldapvi-1.7) etc. But that doesn't need to go
upstream to the main project.
