[ldapvi] Editing hidden "operational" attributes

I've looked over the man page and googled extensively, but can't seem to
find any way to do this with ldapvi.  While I realize most of openldap's
operational attributes are read only, there are definitely cases where I
need to make changes, e.g. unlocking an account that has
"pwdAccountLockedTime" due to policy, changing group membership by editing
memberOf, or viewing things like the UUID.
