[ldapvi] Documented ldaprc option doesn't work

that one is a documentation bug.  The option is actually called
ldap-conf, not ldaprc.

Hmm, I always mix up those weird TLS strictness levels.  ALLOW might be
the right level.  Try

  --tls allow

at the command line.
